Observed black substance on baffle inside of ice machine in Main Kitchen. Observed black substance on interior portion which comes in contact with soda (food) while dispensing soiled with black substance.
C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch
Operator recommended to use an abrasive surface such a scrub brush with bristles when cleaning the soda nozzles.
COS: Operator removed soda nozzles to clean and sanitize. Operator clean and sanitized ice machine. **Coached operator regarding proper cleaning and sanitizing of thermometer to prevent contamination.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed several stainless steel containers stacked wet stored on shelf in warewashing areas.
C/A: Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food
