COS: Manager threw cheese away.

Observed milk in reach in cooler of front service area stored above 41F. Observed diced chicken, fried chicken, and Swiss cheese in reach in cooler of main kitchen stored above 41F. Observed milk and pepperoni in reach in cooler 2 of main kitchen store above 41F.
CA: All cold potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41F or below.
COS: Manager discarded food.
