- Observed interior of top and lower storage areas of prep top cooler in main kitchen heavily soiled with food debris and black accumulations.
- Observed floor in WIC in main kitchen soiled with debris and dirt primarily under shelving.
C/A: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
