Observed the front gate without a latch due to vandalism. Must chain up the gate. CA 11-3-5-.18(11)(h) - (h) The release mechanism shall be located on the pool side of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate and 2. Any openings in the gate or barrier located within eighteen inches of the release mechanism shall be less than one-half inch. 3. Observed the rope to the life-saving ring missing. Person in charge was stating they have a problem with vandalism and trespassing at night. Observed flow meter indicator stuck, in disrepair. CA: The flow meter measures the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from one-half to at least one and one-half times the design flow rate.

Observed Emergency Phone Operable but, dispatcher unable to verify pool address. Dispatcher had address to 4615 Fredrick Drive, Atlanta, GA. CA: The address for the actual physical location of the pool must be verifiable by emergency dispatch in order for emergency personnel to be sent to the correct location in the event of an emergency at the pool.

Observed no chlorine present in the pool water. CA: Chlorine must be maintained at a range of 2 ppm to 10 ppm.

Observed pH too low. CA: pH must be maintained at a range of 7.2 to 7.8.
