Observed skimmer basket filled with leaves and debris. CA Must clean the baskets

Observed the cover of the skimmer sinking into the basket/ structural issue. Must re-enforce the concrete around the cover of the skimmer to prevent anyone from falling into it.

Observed the main grab bar and the two handle grab bar lose and coming out of the ground. Must tighten the grab bars CA 511-3-5-.06(3)(f)1. - 1. Handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools.
