Upon entering facility, EHS observed PIC/CFSM eating from small bowl in bar station. CA: Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. EHS discussed requirements with PIC/CFSM.

Observed kitchen cooler drawers with ambient temperature above 41f [50F]. Cooler drawer thermometer reading 38f. temperatures of 41f or below. Ambient temperature CA: Cooler drawers must be serviced to maintain interior temperatures of 41*f or below. Store bags of ice on top of TCS foods until cooler drawer equipment is repaired. Send service invoice to health authority at idelia.ulmer@dph.ga.gov.
