Observed slime growth and accumulations inside ice machine of main kitchen (across from dishwasher). Observed accumulations inside soda machine nozzle (front main kitchen). C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Soda nozzle cleaned, ice machine out of service until cleaned

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(cc) - warewashing, automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers (pf)
Observed dishwasher dispensing 10ppm of chlorine C/A: A warewashing machine that is installed after September 12, 2007 shall be designed and equipped to automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers (50ppm-100ppm of chlorine).
