Observed the following: Observed employee touching RTE pies with bare hands while putting them in packages. Observed employee allowing their bare hands to touch RTE sausage patties while transporting them to a different unit. C/A: food employees shall not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. COS: Employees put gloves on.

Observed pink slime accumulation on creamer dispenser at front service. Observed dark accumulations at soft drink nozzles in dining area. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Correct within 72 hours.
