Observed Ice bin located in the main kitchen with some type of pink build-up near the chute. Ice was touching the pink residue C/A In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment:
(I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or as frequent to prevent any type of mold build-up COS Facility has 72 hours to correct the violation

Observed cooked noodles noodles, pork belly stored at the bottom of the prep top unit with a prep date of 2/05/2026 C/A Any cooked food that is held in the facility longer than 24 hors needs to have a 7 day discard date on it (Have either the prep date or the discard date) COS Food was disposed of
