Person in charge not performing duties; not maintaining receiving/corrective action records PIC has 10 days to provide me with the written agreement An informal visit was performed on 10/29/24 to ensure the violation was corrected. The manager was not on site, so the key drop as not provided. Later that day I received a phone call from Emma (employee) stating the establishment never had a key drop and that the manager was confused by the question.
