Observed, in front food service right, 4 door reach in cooler ambient temperature fluctuating between 41°F and 45°F. Temperature held at 45°F for around 2 minutes before dropping again. Temperature of product listed in temperature log. C/A: Ambient air temperature shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use.
