Observed the following: (1)Mold-like growth on dispensers of freeze drinks of main kitchen. (2)Food accumulations on food containers stored as clean on shelf of main kitchen. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch COS: Manager cleaned items.

Observed containers of coleslaw stored directly on the floor of walk-in cooler (1) of main kitchen. C/A: At least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor. COS: Manager placed coleslaw on shelves.

Observed food debris and accumulations in the following areas: (1)Bottom of reach-in cooler (across from prep top cooler) in main kitchen). (2)Inside cabinets underneath prep top cooler/steam table in main kitchen. C/A: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Correct within 72 hours.
