PAN OF EXPOSED RAW CHICKEN WAS ALSO STORED WITHOUT ANY DEGREE OF SEPARATION FROM RAW STEAK IN PREP TOP COOLER 2. RAW CALAMARI AND RAW MAHI MAHI WERE OBSERVED STORED ABOVE RTE FOODS IN PREP TOP COOLER 2
