Observed grits steam well stored directly next to hand sink where it is exposed to splash (back main kitchen). C/A: Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. COS: Extend splash guard or move grits away from the hand sink where it is not exposed to splash within 72 hours.
