Observed employee actively washing dishes without proper sanitizer. Sanitizer at the dishwasher was below 50ppm. C/A In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment:
COS: Facility called the technician to repair the unit. Violation needs to be corrected in 72 hours and send the invoice to EHS Update: Owner called EHS and left a message stating that the technician came and changed the sanitizer because it was expired and too diluted. Violation corrected on 12/24/2025
