Observed raw chicken stored above raw beef on the shelf in the main kitchen. Observed blowing fan covers in the WIC with visible debris accumulation. C/A Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Facility has 3 days to correct the violation Update: Owner sent a picture on 4/12/26 showing the fan covers were removed and cleaned
