Observed black soil buildup inside ice bin. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed, in front food service bakery area, small flies and gnats (about 5) flying around. Observed in back of main kitchen 3 flies near 3 compartment sink and catering prep area. CA: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by eliminating harborage conditions or using other means such as trapping or insect control devices.
