Observed several TCS foods (see asterisk*items) holding above 41f in the reach in cooler in the front food service, and in the reach in cooler and prep top cooler 2 in the main kitchen. C/A: TCS foods shall be maintained at 41f or below when cold holding. COS: Items discarded.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed container stored in the hand sink in the front food service. Observed a knife stored in the hand sink in the main kitchen. C/A: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use COS: Items removed
