An expired container of eggs stored inside the reach in cooler on the front prep line was date marked for 10/19/23. CA TCS food items held out of its original package for 24 hours must be discarded within 7 days. COS The eggs were discarded.

Food debris was observed on the top half of the microwave. CA Equipment must be sanitized to prevent contamination. The soda machine pipe that is located inside the cabinet was observed leaking water. Standing water was observed inside and outside the cabinet on the floor in the dining area. CA Repair the leak to avoid potential hazards.

The hand sink inside the women's restroom is clogged when turning on the water. CA Unclog the drain to ensure water is properly flowing down the drain. The men's toilet was observed dirty. Toilet tissue was not available inside the men's restroom. CA The restrooms must be clean and stocked with supplies.
