PIC does not have key drop delivery agreement for TCS foods that are delivered when no one is here; Observed invoices without any temperatures taken at the time of drop-off C/A Key Drop deliveries are required. Facility has 10 DAYS to provide the key drop agreement. Update: PIC sent a copy of the key drop agreement on 04/15/2025 to EHS. Violation Corrected
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed two stacks of newly washed containers being stacked wet on the counter of the three compartment sink in the main kitchen C/A Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:

Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and

May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry. COS PIC unstacked them to be able to air dry
