11D - thermometers provided and accurate
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(k) - temperature measuring device (tmd), food - accuracy (pf)
Several reach in coolers and prep units were missing thermometers in the front prep line and throughout the kitchen. CA Thermometers must be stored inside reach coolers where TCS food items are stored to ensure ambient air temperatures and food items are maintained at 41F or below.

Several boxes of alcohol was stored directly on the floor inside the dry storage rooms. CA Beverages must be stored 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination.

Cracked container lids were observed on food items stored inside the prep walk in cooler. CA Dishes/utensils must be in good condition to protect food from contamination.

Cold water was observed not operating at the hand sink on the prep line across from the grill. CA Cold water must be available at the hand sink to ensure employees are following proper hand washing procedures and to prevent injuries such as burns.
