Several T.C.S. foods found stored out at room temperature: shredded lettuce, large mayonnaise in storage area partially used. Over 4 bottles of various salad dressings opened held in dry storage, labeled 'Refrigerate after opening'.

Cheese, buttermilk, and cottage cheese found held past expiration date. CA: Discard foods by expiration date or date mark date.
