Raw beef and shrimp stored over Broccoli in front reach in cooler. Also observed zucchini in cardboard raw chicken boxes. CA: Separate Raw and ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross contamination. Only use approved vessels for storing food. Containers need to be able to be cleaned and sanitized.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Handwash sink used for refilling water (as an ingredient) containers. Also, Observed used wetting wiping cloths and other maintenance sink uses. CA: Only wash hands at hand wash sink.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Build up on stoves and old saran wrap on counters through-out entire facility. CA: Clean and sanitize more often food contact surfaces.
