Observed a visible red stain on white sheet on bed near window in room 225. CA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly. PIC will change sheet with visible red stain on bed near window in room 225

Observed a mildew smell in room 328. CA: Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems. PIC will have ventilation checked in room 328

Observed some trash behind the mattress of room 217. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. PIC will have trash removed from behind the mattress

Observed visible orange stain on protective mattress cover on bed on far left side when entering room #310. PIC will remove protective mattress cover with visible orange stain on bed on far left side when entering room #310 and replace with a clean protective mattress cover

Observed hole in wall when entering laundry room on left side. PIC will have until 09/15/2023 to have hole in wall when entering laundry room on left side repaired

Observed blown light bulb on lamp over desk in room #310. PIC will have until 09/15/2023 to have blown light bulb on lamp over desk in room #310 replaced
