Observed food items on the steam table and prep top cooler not covered at the prep top cooler on the right side when entering the kitchen. CA:Except as specified under paragraph 2. of this subsection and when cooling as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(e)2.(ii), storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination. PIC covered food items on the steam table and prep top cooler not covered at the prep top cooler on the right side when entering the kitchen.

Observed no choking poster posted in the dinning area of the facility in a location that is conspicuous to consumers. CA: A choking poster must be posted in a location that is conspicuous to consumers at all times. PIC will post a choking poster in a location that is conspicuous to consumers.

Observed white prep boards in front of steam tables and prep top coolers on both sides with visible stains that are not easily cleanable. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. PIC stated that they are on maintenance list to have white boards sand.
