Observed high heat sanitizing dishwasher not properly reaching a temp of 160 F or above on thermometer placed inside to measure. CA: Increase water booster or have serviced.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed food product being prepped to be potentially contaminated by phones sitting on contact surfaces right next to food product. CA: Keep food products away from contaminants.
