Observed a drink stored on the shelf with the bags of sugar in the kitchen. COS, the manager discarded the drink. All drinks shall be stored in designated areas to prevent contamination.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed several metal bins stored on the clean dish rack in the kitchen that had dried food debris in them. COS, the bins were washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
