Observed an employee drink stored on the counter with facility foods/items at drive through window. COS, drink was moved to a designated area by staff.

Observed an employee drink stored on the top shelf of the steam table beside deli papers. COS, the drink was moved to a designated are to prevent contamination by staff.
4-2A - food stored covered

Observed foods stored in refrigeration equipment without covers/lids. The cooler by the fryer had a bin of cheese sticks and shrimp stored uncovered and reach in cooler/freezer combo had a baked potato and chicken batter stored uncovered. COS, all uncovered items were covered.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed TCS foods (chicken batter and baked potato) stored without date marks where required. COS, the PIC discarded the baked potato and placed a datemark on the chicken batter.

Observed bread and cheese storage bins with food debris accumulated in the bottom. COS, foods were moved to a clean bin and the soiled bins were clean.

Observed both microwaves soiled with food debris. Please clean both microwaves.

Observed employee jacket stored on single service plates above the batter station. Observed portable speaker stored on a shelf with single service items. Observed employee pocket book stored on the back prep counter behind registers. Observed an employee's vape stored on the food prep counter beside register. All items were moved to designated areas to prevent contamination.
