Observed debris on carpets under the beds in all of the rooms inspected today. Please see notes for rooms inspected

Facility did not have a person in charge assigned upon arrival; no one was present at the facility when I arrived. I called the owner and she met me at the hotel. I have discussed designating a PIC at this facility in case of an emergency during the previous inspection

Facility did not have the most recent report posted for public viewing; please remove old inspections and post new inspection reports promptly

Observed dead bugs in several rooms. Room 101 had dead bugs under the bed; rm 104 had 3 dead bed bugs on the box spring; room 137 had dead bugs in the cabinet under the sink. Rooms should be surveyed for dead pests especially after pest services and all dead pests should be removed promptly
