Observed pink build-up on ice machine baffle and black build-up on soda nozzles in bar area. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent build-up. Nozzles cleaned during inspection.

Observed multiple boxes of cooking oil stored on floor of main kitchen and cut fries stored on floor of walk-in cooler. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food at least 6in. off the floor. Food containers relocated during inspection.
