Observed the following foods not reaching minimum safe cold holding temperature of 41F: milk 46F and milk 47F. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. Milk discarded by employee during inspection.

Observed waffle batter and milk held on time without procedures or discard time. Instructed staff to update procedures.
