Observed employee drinks stored in cans and in single-use containers with a lid only that were stored with and above food and food contact surfaces. COS. Removed. CA: Employee drinks shall be stored in single-use containers with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces.

Observed items stored in the basin of the hand sink. COS. Moved. CA: Hand sinks shall be kept clear and accessible at all times.

Observed that the hot water heater was not on upon arrival and that the sink did not have hot water. COS. Hot water was turned on. CA: Hand sinks shall be installed to have hot water.

Observed Observed employees wearing jewelry and watches while preparing food. COS. Removed. CA: With the exception of a plain band ring, no jewelry may be worn on the hands or wrists while preparing food.

Observed that the inspection report is posted in the window, however, the facility has taken all of their inspections and documents and shrunk them to fit on one page; the insepction is no longer readable. Observed accumulation of debris on the inside of equipment. CA: Equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.
