Observed multiple food items cooling in walk-in cooler stored covered. Food items cooling should be stored loosely or fully uncovered to help with heat transfer from the surface of the food. PIC loosely uncovered each food item during inspection.

Observed hot water at handwash sink in back kitchen not provided. Hot water generation and distribution systems should be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment.
