Observe no paper towels at hand wash sink in front service area. Hand drying provisions should be provided at hand wash sinks. PIC added paper towels during inspection.

Observed moving cart stored blocking hand wash sink in back kitchen area. Hand wash sinks should be accessible at all times. PIC moved cart during inspection.

Observed black and slimy build up in soda nozzles at drink station and tea dispenser in lobby. Food-contact surfaces should be clean frequently to prevent accumulation.

Observed box of spinach in walk-in cooler and bag of spinach in reach-in cooler stored past use by date 5/21/26. Food items should not be used after expiration date. PIC discarded spinach during inspection.
