Observed food build up and debris inside microwave in main kitchen. Equipment food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to minimize accumulation. Microwave cleaned during inspection.

Observed multiple food items stored past used by date; Spinach 3/12 in reach-in cooler and precooked sausages 3/18. All food items discarded during inspection.
