Observed raw chicken stored above raw beef in the walk-in cooler. Food Shall be protected from cross contamination by arranging each type pf food and equipment so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented.

PIC arrange food in a manner where beef is stored on the top of the chicken in the walk in cooler and the raw beef was stored below the ready to eat foods in the prep top cooler (bottom).
