The most current inspection report was not display in main dining room and drive-thru window. Person in charge will display this inspection report (01-30-2026).

1. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
2. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.

CFSM not ensuring the delivery personnel are recording at least 2 temperatures as required by the letter agreement in placed. New manager will contact McLane company.

Outside, door handles and gasket of walk in coolers with build-up of food debris .Clean these area more frequently to prevent build-up that can contaminate hands and be attraction for pests.

PIC (CFSM) not keeping copy of signed after hours (key drop) delivery agreement on-site and not ensuring the delivery personnel are recording at least 2 temperatures as required by the agreement. New manager will obtain copy of agreement that will be emailed to EH office upon receipt.

Coving around the floors/walls in kitchen not maintained cleanable and durable. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Accumulation of dust on air vents around dinning area and back of kitchen. Keep these areas clean to prevent physical contamination.
