2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
The Person in Charge could not provide details or proof during the inspection that a proper disinfectant would be utilized for responding to a vomiting or diarrheal event in the the establishment. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter.

The most current inspection report is not prominently displayed in public view, within 15 feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor or in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. There is a merchandiser for jelati cakes that was placed obstructing the view of permits and inspection report. Merchandiser needs to be relocated .

Food service license not properly displayed. Merchandiser must be relocated, it is obstructing the view of permits and report.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
In-use utensil in non-potentially hazardous food not stored with no handle above top of food within a closed container. COS: PIC removed paper cups and will use spoons with their handles above the top of the food and the container.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(h),(i) - warewashing equipment, clean solutions; manual warewashing equipment, wash solution temperature (c,pf)
No test strips available to monitor the strength of sanitizer in use at 3-compartment sink and in cloth storage buckets. Must Purchase sanitizer test strip - QUAT sanitizer, sanitizer test strip available was for chlorine, facility doesn't use chlorine .
