Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food "( fried rice, grilled chicken) prepared on site and held more than 24 hours with not properly date marked ( 7 days). Per PIC food was prepared on Sunday 04/12, labelled containers : used by 04/18.

Observed buildup of soiled material in reach coolers/drawers. VIOLATION FROM BASE OF OPERATION.
