A test kit/test strips that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Facility has test strips for Chlorine and Quat sanitizers. EHS provided to person in charge a picture of the required test strip for DBSA , PIC will contact chemical's supplier.

Service space under electric warmer where biscuits stored missing half the door. Need to replace the other half of the door or somehow seal one side so unit can be closed to protect biscuits from any possible contamination after self-service. Only the side with the door had biscuits during the inspection, per Person in charged the other side is not being used.
