Observed unlabeled spray bottle of chemical. If chemicals area put into an unlabeled container, must write at least common name of product on the bottle to ensure proper chemicals are being used as intended and in case of accidental poisoning. COS: bottles labeled as required by PIC.

Solution in spray bottles to be used to sanitize tables with strength of almost straight bleach. Use amount equal to 50 - 100 ppm on test strip for proper sanitizing. COS: Chlorine solution diluted to 50 - 100 ppm.

The most current inspection report is not prominently displayed in public view, within 15 feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor or in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS: This food service inspection will be posted.

No chemical test kit provided when using chemical sanitizer (chlorine )at three-compartment sink. A test kit that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
