Damaged or loose ventilation fans should be repaired or replaced to ensure properly working and tight fitting fans in every restroom. Rooms 101 and 109 need ventilation fans repaired. Room 112 had a strong smell of mold upon entry

Discussed 11/15/23 complaint with owner. Reviewed pest control records. Pest control usually inspects and treats all rooms in motel around the 20th of each month. Pest control treated facility on 11/08/23
