Observed no hand washing soap available at kitchen handwashing sink. Handwashing sink must have hand soap available to clean hands. COS: PIC put hand soap at the handwashing sink.

PIC stated they will paint the doors to the kitchen within one week and have floors and walls cleaned within three to five days.

Discussed using bleach as sanitizing agent. Discussed where to purchase sanitizing test strips. Facility owner stated test strips will be ordered today.
