Observed spoon handle in the pimento cheese container and touching the pimento cheese. Handle can not touch or be in the pimento cheese. COS: Employee removed the spoon.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves in kitchen and at bar area, soiled large fan at bar area, coolers, etc. Will have items cleaned within three to five days.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Repeat Violation: Observed wear and tear on the floors in the back kitchen area, soiled floors under and behind shelves, coolers, and equipment. Will have floors cleaned within three to five days.
