13-189(c)(1) Chlorine levels must be maintained at 3 ppm and above. Observed chlorine levels at 1.18 and 1.38.
13-197(a) Pool shall be treated with approved equipment. Chlorinator not fully operational. Chlorinator did not have control valve.
13-197(i) No disinfectant added by hand as the sole or primary method of adding disinfectant or pH control chemicals. No chlorine tablets were observed within the chlorinator.
