13-187(c): A copy of the CPO certificate displayed near operating permit. No certificate was present.

13-202(g): An operable telephone shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. Phone was not functioning effectively. Couldn't make out the operator's words, and they couldn't really make out mine.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual shall be maintained within the range of 3pp-10ppm. Chlorine reading at inspection 10.32ppm.

13-190(a)(7): Flow meter shall accurately indicate the circulation rate. Flow meter was inoperable upon inspection.

13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming. Skimmers were not operable upon inspection due to the pool being filled at the time.

13-202(m): The lettering of the signs shall be a minimum of 3/4 inch high unless stated otherwise. "NO SOLO BATHING" and "CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT" were not in 2-inch-high lettering.
