Observed the top half of the inspection report not posted in the drive thru window. CA- inspection received today shall have the top portion posted in the window. 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - Displaying of the Inspection Report (C)2. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.

Observed multiple scoops stored with the handles down in the drink powders. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored:

Observed two heavily stained cutting boards in the main kitchen. CA- cutting boards shall be replaced if unable to be cleaned.511-6-1.05(6)(b) - Cutting Surfaces (C) (b) Cutting Surfaces. Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they cannot be resurfaced.

Observed residue on the outside of the food containers. CA- all nonfood contact surfaces of utensils shall be kept free of residue. 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) (d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
