Observed the side table can opener holder and metal edge unclean stored as clean in the main kitchen. CA: Advised PIC equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. CA: PIC washed , rinsed and sanitized equipment during time of inspection

Observed the prep top cooler cutting board with heavy black stains. CA: Advised PIC . Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they cannot be resurfaced.
