Observed employee use the same tong to handle raw chicken then raw beef then raw shrimp. Those raw animal products can be ordered separately or together. Discussed with PIC that to prevent cross contamination separate tongs shall be used for different kinds of raw animal products. COS: Pans of raw shrimp and raw beef discarded and replaced and tongs placed for each one. CA: 1. In walk in cooler PIC relocated raw beef to far right side of shelf so that it is no longer above raw shelled eggs. Reminded PIC to use Just Store It poster on walk in cooler door as a reference for proper storing of foods.
