Regulation: 511-6-1.03(2) - pic present (pf)
Upon arrival no manager or person in charge present. CA: There must be a person in charge on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. The person in charge shall ensure compliance with the food code. COS: PIC arrived at the end of the inspection.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed a sanitizing spray sitting at the handwashing sink upon arrival. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Pf COS: PIC moved spray to a shelf in the dry storage area with other chemicals.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed no disposable hand drying towels at the hand washing sink and the hand towel dispenser jammed/broken. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Pf COS: PIC provided a roll of disposable towels to the hand sink.
